Lead Installer

Jose joins the MGI team with over four years of experience in HVAC. Professionally, he is known for his clean work and problem solving. He enjoys being able to work on different projects and growing new skills.

When not at work, Jose enjoys traveling, watching soccer, cooking and spending time with his family.

Matt Johnson

Lead Commercial Installer

Matt comes to MGI with a little over a year of commercial HVAC experience and specializes in commercial kitchen installs. Matt is known for his work ethic, ability to learn, and his professional attitude. He is passionate about learning and excelling in this industry. He enjoys off-roading, motorcycles and hanging with his family. Matt has been to all 50 states!

Justin Boxford

Field Supervisor

Justin started his HVAC journey in 2015, working with Mike right out of high school. He is known for delivering clean work in a timely manner. Justin enjoys working directly with customers and utilizing his growing skillset to make sure the customer's needs are met. Justin is a hard worker and a loyal employee, who even had to fight for a work truck that was stolen!

Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife & kids.

Alec Dickinson

Lead Installer

Alec joins the MGI team with over 2 years of experience after a friend referred him for the job. He is known for being on time and ready to work. Alec likes learning new ways to do things more efficiently. When he’s not at work he enjoys working on his project truck. Fun fact, Alec once made ribs for Arnold Schwarzenegger!

Javier Sanchez

Lead Installer

Javier arrives at MGI with over 23 years of experience in the HVAC industry after working as a subcontractor for MGI for over 2 years. He is known professionally for having a broad range of skills for installing new construction homes, custom homes, multiple system applications and duct modifications. He is passionate about his work and learning new skills. When not at work, Javier is a bit of a comedian and enjoys being out in nature or watching wildlife animal shows.

Jorge Pargas

Installer

Jorge brings over two years of HVAC experience to MGI. He is excited to join the team and further his HVAC knowledge. Jorge is passionate about doing clean work and learning something new each day.

Outside of work, Jorge enjoys spending time with his dog.

Clemente Magdaleno

Installer

Clem arrives at MGI with over 6 years of experience after seeking a company to learn and grow more in this industry. He is passionate about making and putting things together. Outside of work, you will find him chilling with his family or playing sports.

Mikey Guarnieri

Installer

Mikey arrives at MGI with almost 7 years of HVAC experience and a desire to continue learning. He is passionate about making his work look the best it possibly can and is known for his high-quality installations. He is a full-time hockey addict and outdoor enthusiast who loves spending time with his family and friends. Go Avs!

Robert Anderson

Installer

Rob has worked with Mike Missimer in the past and decided to seek him out for a new opportunity. He brings 8 years of HVAC experience with him to his new position. Rob is passionate about learning new things and expanding his knowledge. He is known professionally for getting the job done right, the first time. Rob enjoys the drive-in movies with his wife Erin and their dog Moose. He has also completed a Spartan Trifecta Weekend (3 races, 31k, 75+ obstacles)!

Dylan Johnson

Apprentice Commercial Installer

Dylan comes to MGI for more opportunities to grow. He is new to HVACR and enjoys the challenges it brings. Professionally, Dylan is known for working hard, learning fast, and doing things right the first time. After work, he will be rock climbing or playing video games.

Christian Urrutia

Apprentice Installer

Christian joins the MGI team excited to learn about HVAC and grow in the trade. He is known to be determined to get the job done and enjoys working with a team.

When not at work, Christian enjoys being outside and playing video games.

Juan Aldama

Field Supervisor

Juan joins the MGI team very excited to learn about HVAC. He is known for being on time and ready to work.

When he’s not at work, Juan enjoys spending time with his son and his mother and playing games online.

Luke Howell

Apprentice Installer

Luke joins the MGI team with experience in metal work and electrical but is excited to make a fun career doing HVAC. He is known professionally for his strong attention to detail and good time management. Outside of work, Luke is hiking and biking, and occasionally volunteers at Goodwill. Fun fact about Luke, he went skydiving for his 21st birthday!
