Chris joins the MGI team with over 25 years of HVAC experience, 20 of which were as a leadman and fabrication. He is known professionally for being a hard worker and his great installs. He loves standing back, looking at his work and knowing he did the best job

 possible. 

When he’s not at work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy, his two sons, Brandon and Ben, and his dog, Pear. He also enjoys camping, fishing and hunting. 

Roman Bove

Shop / Warehouse Manager

After spending a decade in nuclear containment/enclosure fabrication, Roman comes to MGI with an additional 3 years in HVAC as a fabrication foreman and warehouse operations manager. He is known professionally for his critical thinking, problem solving, work ethic, communication and his attention to detail. Roman is passionate about helping his team succeed and reaching mutual company goals. When he’s not working, you will find him snowboarding, skateboarding, shooting, camping and 4-wheeling. This proud ginger can’t be “crop dusted” after a head injury in 2008!

Brandon Gonzalez

Shop Associate

Brandon came to MGI looking for something to put him on a career path for the future. He has experience in landscaping, roofing and electrical, but is known for his dedication and skillfulness. Brandon is passionate about his personal and professional growth and is all about family when he’s not at work.
